Makes about one cup.
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger root
- 2 Tbsp safflower oil (or other light salad oil)
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 2 Tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp warm honey
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions:
- In a small bowl or bottle, combine all ingredients.
- Whisk or shake together until the honey has dissolved and everything is well combined.
- Store covered in the refrigerator until served. Use for green salads or as a marinade for tofu, vegetables, or seitan.
