For the holidays, this eggnog made with walnut milk is a special treat. It’s easy to make in your blender.  
Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 4 c walnut milk (see recipe)
 - 4 eggs (pasteurized eggs are safest)
 - 2 Tbsp honey
 - dash salt
 - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
 
Directions:
- Prepare walnut milk.
 - Place all ingredients in a blender and process a minute or two until foamy and creamy.
 - Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
