Walnut Eggnog

Walnut EggnogFor the holidays, this eggnog made with walnut milk is a special treat. It’s easy to make in your blender.

Serves 4.


  • 4 c walnut milk (see recipe)
  • 4 eggs (pasteurized eggs are safest)
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • dash salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg


  1. Prepare walnut milk.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and process a minute or two until foamy and creamy.
  3. Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
