Why not use herbs you already have on hand to make this delicious, traditional blend called ‘Herbes de Provence’? It’s great in our Sweet Potato Apple Bake recipe!    
Makes 1 cup.
Ingredients:
- 5 Tbsp dried thyme
 - 3 Tbsp dried savory
 - 2 Tbsp dried marjoram
 - 5 Tbsp dried rosemary
 - 2 Tbsp dried lavender flowers
 
Directions:
- In a one cup or larger jar, add all ingredients.
 - Cover and shake until well-blended. Use within a year, and shake again before each use.
