This dressing is great on a green salad or on our Carrot Peanut Salad. You can also use it as a dip with raw broccoli spears, cherry tomatoes and carrot/celery sticks.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp tahini (sesame butter)
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
Directions:
- In a small bottle with a tight lid, pour in all ingredients, seal, and shake until smooth.
