Tahini Cilantro Salad Dressing

This dressing has no added oil, and has a nice creamy texture. Great on a green salad!

Makes about a half-cup.


  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 5 Tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 c warm water
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in a food chopper or processor and pulse until smooth. (This may also be whisked together in a bowl, if you first finely mince the cilantro by hand.)
  2. Place in a tightly sealed refrigerator container or jar and refrigerate until used. Serve on top of a green salad.
