This dressing has no added oil, and has a nice creamy texture. Great on a green salad!
Makes about a half-cup.
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 5 Tbsp tahini
- 1/4 c warm water
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food chopper or processor and pulse until smooth. (This may also be whisked together in a bowl, if you first finely mince the cilantro by hand.)
- Place in a tightly sealed refrigerator container or jar and refrigerate until used. Serve on top of a green salad.
