This makes your salad tangy and creamy. For a lighter version of honey mustard dressing, try my yogurt based version.
Makes about 1 1/8 cups.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c prepared brown mustard
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk them until smooth.
- Use on green salads or as a dip with vegetable sticks. Seal and store unused portion in the refrigerator for 2 or more weeks.
