Makes about 1 cup.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions:
- Place all in a blender, or use a whisk to combine until creamy.
- Pour sparingly over the lettuce (2-3 tablespoons should dress a family-sized salad); toss well.
- Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately. Be sure to store excess dressing in a covered glass jar or container in the refrigerator. This dressing will keep for a week or two under refrigeration.
