Italian Salad Dressing

Makes about 1 cup.


  • 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/2 c olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper


  1. Place all in a blender, or use a whisk to combine until creamy.
  2. Pour sparingly over the lettuce (2-3 tablespoons should dress a family-sized salad); toss well.
  3. Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately. Be sure to store excess dressing in a covered glass jar or container in the refrigerator. This dressing will keep for a week or two under refrigeration.
