Honey Mustard Dressing

I have reduced the calories in this dressing by using yogurt instead of mayonnaise and by cutting the levels of honey and oil. I think you’ll agree, it still has zing!

Makes about 1/2 cup.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 c whole milk plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp celery seed
  • 1/4 tsp seasoning salt

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and whisk until creamy. Use immediately, or tightly cover and refrigerate until served.
