This salad dressing is loaded with protein from soybean paste, also called white miso. We used White Soybean Paste which is non-genetically modified and organic.
Makes about 1/2 cup.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp miso
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, dairy or vegan
- 1 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
Directions:
- In a small bowl or bottle, blend together all ingredients until very smooth.
- Serve over a green salad, spread on sandwiches, or use as a dip with vegetables. Refrigerate unused portion.
