Creamy Italian Dressing


This tangy dressing is delicious on green salads. It mellows and improves when refrigerated a day or two.

Makes about 1 cup of dressing.


  • 1/2 c olive oil mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp fine sea salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Chill before use for best results.
  3. Drizzle over salads or serve as dip with vegetable sticks.
