This tangy dressing is delicious on green salads. It mellows and improves when refrigerated a day or two.
Makes about 1 cup of dressing.
- 1/2 c olive oil mayonnaise
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy. Chill before use for best results.
- Drizzle over salads or serve as dip with vegetable sticks.
