Diet Greek Salad Dressing

At about 40 calories per tablespoon, this tasty dressing will perk up your salads.

Makes about one-third cup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bottle.
  2. Shake well before each serving.
  3. Toss salad to coat all vegetables.
