At about 40 calories per tablespoon, this tasty dressing will perk up your salads.
Makes about one-third cup.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 large garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a bottle.
- Shake well before each serving.
- Toss salad to coat all vegetables.
