Simple Orange Water Quenches Thirst

On a hot summer day, there is nothing more refreshing than a pitcher of iced water with slices of oranges, lime, or lemon floating inside. Slice the fruit thinly, leaving the washed rinds on, and for best results allow the fruited water to chill an hour or more before icing it and serving. Another treat is cucumber water, made in the same way. No need for sugary drinks! You and your guests will love these simple thirst quenchers.
