Easy Vegetarian Meatballs

These tasty meatballs go well with marina sauce, spaghetti, or in meatball sandwiches. So easy and high in protein!

Makes about 22 (1 1/2 inch) meatballs.



  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on a large baking sheet.
  3. In large bowl, place Vegetarian Burger, Italian bread crumbs and eggs.
  4. Use clean hands to thoroughly mix.
  5. Scoop up 2-3 tablespoonfuls of the mix. Roll in the palms of your hands to make a round meatball.
  6. Place meatball on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  7. Roll each meatball in the olive oil on the baking sheet, covering all surfaces. Evenly space the meatballs on the sheet.
  8. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Use metal spatula to turn each meatball over.
  9. Place meatballs back in oven for another 15-20 minutes.
  10. Serve hot or cold.
