No cooking needed. Here is a delightful sauce for eggrolls that is easy and delicious.
Makes about 1/4 cup.
- 3 Tbsp peach jam
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger root
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame seed oil
- 1/4 tsp hot sauce or red pepper flakes
- In a small container, blend all ingredients with a spoon.
- Serve with eggrolls. Refrigerate unused portion.
