In our vegetable garden this year, we have concentrated on cherry tomatoes, peppers and unusual greens, such as Egyptian spinach and Tree Collards. These all do well in our crazy high dessert climate, with its extreme aridity and heat and its icy nights into June. Here is today’s bounty of tomatoes.
