This sauce is wonderful with gyozas, pot-stickers, or even stir-fries.
Makes about one-third cup.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tbsp doujubang (chili bean sauce)
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed or grated
- 1/2 inch ginger root, grated
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve at room temperature.
