Makes 1/2 cup.
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp light miso
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder or ground CA chilies
- 1/2 tsp granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until well-combined and smooth. (This may also be whisked together by hand.)
- Serve over a green salad. Store unused portion in a tightly sealed jar or container and refrigerate. Use with one week.
