Easy Chili Bean Wraps

Serves 4.


  • 1 (15 0z) can vegetarian chili beans
  • 4 large flour or wrap tortillas
  • 1 c shredded or chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 c seeded, chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions


  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the chili beans.
  2. Use a slotted spoon to place an equal portion of beans in the center of each tortilla.
  3. Scatter on the lettuce, tomatoes and green onion.
  4. Roll into wraps and serve with hot sauce and vegan or dairy cheese/sour cream as desired.
