Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 0z) can vegetarian chili beans
- 4 large flour or wrap tortillas
- 1 c shredded or chopped lettuce
- 1/2 c seeded, chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 c sliced green onions
Directions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the chili beans.
- Use a slotted spoon to place an equal portion of beans in the center of each tortilla.
- Scatter on the lettuce, tomatoes and green onion.
- Roll into wraps and serve with hot sauce and vegan or dairy cheese/sour cream as desired.
