Maple Baked Peaches

Maple Baked Peaches This is a light and lovely dessert that is not hard on the waistline!

Serves 4.


  • 4 ripe, firm peaches (medium sized)
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1/4 c chopped raw pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Place them in a parchment lined baking pan, cut sides up.
  3. Pour a teaspoon of the maple syrup in each center. Sprinkle with pistachios.
  4. Dot the peaches with butter in the center.
  5. Bake 20 minutes. Remove and drizzle with the remaining maple syrup. Serve warm.
