I am enjoying my new grain mill, purchased over the holidays. To date, I have milled hard red wheat, hard white wheat, soft white wheat…and even corn for corn meal. I am delighted with the freshness in all my baking, and realize more than ever how important freshly milled flour is to successful bread making!
