Adobo seasoning can be used as an all-around spice mixture. Use it for tofu, soup, stews, and cottage fried potatoes. I make mine without salt, so I can adjust the salt level of each dish I make.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Ingredients:
- 6 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 Tbsp onion powder
- 4 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
Directions:
- In a pint jar, add all ingredients.
- Tightly cap and shake until well-blended.
- Before use, shake again.
