This Greek dressing can be served on a green salad, or as a dip with veggies. Full of flavor and delicious!
Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- 1/2 c crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Whisk everything together, or if you like a smoother dressing, process in a food processor.
